He also noticed that there was a yellow jacket nest out on our front lawn and treated it before leaving. Mark was so knowledgeable and kind to me and when I was obviously very anxious about the possibility of different kids of rodents. He did a through inspection of the entire premises and put bait boxes and traps anywhere I asked or suggested, along with the places he sought fit. I now feel comfortable sleeping in my house again after Mark’s extremely assessment. 100000/10 and I honestly may have to name my next son Mark after the level of comfort he just left this anxious mom!

After my inspection, I determined to treat the first floor apartment with a liquid residual product to protect against all general pest. I also removed all visible spiderwebs from the exterior and treated the perimeter of the property, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also installed two large rodent bait stations on the exterior. Additionally, I installed for termite monitoring stations, one at each corner of the property.
